Your website is where the magic happens – customers/clients find you and convert. Everything else you do for marketing is in support of the site. We’ll help you build something that has a real feel and is dynamic versus something that’s undifferentiated and rings hollow.

Base

Our work is scoped at $150/hr with all projects starting at a minimum of $3,000. We ask you to pay 50% up-front at project kick off and then, upon completion, you pay the remaining 50%. We ask for a 25% payment (of the initial 50%) to reserve time on our calendar if a time isn’t immediately available.  

Here is a breakdown of the typical process: 

• Discovery (confirm site goals, pages, branding, design, transfer, establish timeline) 
• Theme Development (2nd meeting to confirm the above and receive feedback on templates before execution) 
• Site Construction and Delivery (2 weeks to 8 weeks depending on site size/complexity) 
• Final Review (final feedback and adjustments before publishing) 
• Ongoing Support (ongoing technical support is offered through our SEO packages) 

Custom 

Not all sites are the same. A local business site is typically smaller consisting of 4-5 pages and then ongoing posts for SEO. An eCommerce driven business on the other hand can have 10s if not 100s of product pages and many posts. The website is important to both but it’s the scale/complexity that’s the differentiator. 

Here are some common factors that add to scope/intricacy: 

• Transfer (moving content from an existing site is important, especially if it’s anchoring traffic today. We can help make sure your existing content makes the journey safely) 
• Number of Pages (each page should have a purpose and we’ll help you determine a strategy that will be most effective) 
• Integrations (socials, site trackers, CRM, marketing automation, whatever else that’s critical in your technology stack that you’d like to integrate – we can help)
